About Follower

Follower is a free to read long-running apocalyptic sci-fi webcomic created by Bug and Delade. It is a prequel webcomic to Messenger, but both stories are designed to be read individually. Described as “sci-fi action drama with hints of furry” by The Duck Webcomics, Follower is the story of an alternate present day leading to a dystopian reality told in fully colored, stylized comic artwork. If you enjoy the genetic experimentation conundrums of Jurassic Park, or twisting military storylines of Metal Gear Solid, you may enjoy Follower. Follower is intended for readers of teen and young adult fiction and up.

After a tumultuous start, test subject Geedey realizes that although his new friend Dia may be obnoxious, she has a lot to teach him - and he's not ready to lose that opportunity. When Dia's presence becomes uncertain, Geedey realizes how important she's become. Meanwhile, the men and women of Project Cottontail take stock of the situation at home, as well as their own personal investments in a project that could decide the fate of millions as the world teeters on the brink of total collapse.

Bonus Comic: Standing With Victor

Standing With Victor is a bonus short comic that takes a glance at what’s going on in the world outside Cottontail Base. The production staff at a local news station takes control into their own hands when a strange script is passed across their desks.
